“I had the vaccine to keep me and my loved ones safe”
Lynne Powrie from Bromley thinks having the Covid vaccine is her chance to be part of something big that will really make a difference. She explains here.
My vaccine story
Most people around me, if they haven’t had the vaccine already, are really looking forward to having it, but there are a couple of people I know who are more hesitant.
One of them doesn’t like injections, and one of them thinks she has already had Covid-19. We’ve talked about the importance of still having the vaccine whether you think you have had Covid-19 or not.
“Be fab and get the jab”
I’m very pleased to say I have had my vaccine and my reasons were safety to myself, and safety to the people that I love and care about. How often do we get the chance to do something that changes life for all of us? That was one of the reasons I was excited to get my vaccine – to be part of something really big that is going to make a real difference.
So, I do hope the two people I know will change their minds and have the jab.
I say to them be fab and get the jab.
